COVID-19: Immune System
Nowadays, having authority, strength and money are useless. The most important thing to have now is a strong immune system. And you will win in everything. So how can we have a strong immune system? There are many ways to boost our immune system; the most important one is to sleep.
😴 Sleeping: have enough quality sleep for around 7-8 hours a day
🍹 Drink Water: drinking enough water is important, have around 1.5 – 2 litres daily. This can help us to flush out body waste.
🏃♂️ Exercise: this is very important as it can boost up our body immunity and awaken ageing cells to work again.
💊 Vitamins: in aspect of eating, general nutrition we require includes iron and folic acid to increase the production of red and white blood cells to help our body to function well.
